A few words from the Massage Therapist...
Massage Therapy and bodywork can alleviate stress, anxiety, and reduce
muscular aches and pains, as well as improve athletic performance. Massage should be incorporated regularly as part of a health and fitness
regimen. The power of touch has the capacity to create tremendous change on physical, mental, and energy levels.
"As a Massage Therapist, I believe it is very important to maintain open
communication with my clients. I enjoy educating my clients in a way that allows them to understand what is wrong, and how to relieve and/or prevent it from happening again. I want them to know why this is happening and what, if any muscle imbalances are present, so they can work to make corrective changes to improve athletic performance, activities of daily living and overall quality of life. I communicate with their doctors and trainers as well to ensure all of the client’s needs are met. By using the different modalities of massage and bodywork, I help my clients increase their range of motion and flexibility through muscle release.
